Your Dashboard

Your home page: your giving, events, tasks, family and today's devotional, all on one screen.

Opening your dashboard

The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. To come back to it from anywhere, select Dashboard at the top of the left menu.

The menu and top bar

On the left is your menu. Your name and photo are at the top, and the page you're on is highlighted, here Dashboard. Scroll the menu to see every section, down to Logout at the bottom.

Page name: Dashboard at the top left tells you where you are.
Switch to Head Of Department Panel: The dark blue button. Only shown if you lead a department. Select it to manage your department.
Your name: With a Member badge next to it.
Bell: Your notifications. The number on the bell is how many are new.
Profile photo: Your picture, at the far right.

The welcome banner

The banner at the top greets you by name, for example Good evening, [your first name]!, with today's date and time.

1Find the year box on the right of the banner, for example 2026.
2Select it and pick another year.
3Your totals, such as giving, update to show that year.

The four summary cards

Total Given: How much you've given this year. The amount is blurred to keep it private. Select the eye icon to show or hide it.
Upcoming Events: How many upcoming events there are, and how many you've registered for. Select it to see the events and register.
Scheduled Tasks: How many serving tasks you have coming up. Select it to open your tasks, where you can accept or decline them.
Family Members: How many family members are linked to your account. Select it to see each person and view their details.

Tip: Using a shared screen or at church? Keep Total Given hidden. It stays blurred until you select the eye icon.

Below the cards, a large picture shows today's service with the name, who is leading it and the time, for example Early Morning Prayer, 6:00 AM – 6:30 AM. When the service is live, select it to join online.

Under the picture, Today's Message shows the title of today's sermon or theme.

Giving Snapshot

The Giving Snapshot on the right shows your total giving for the year, split into types such as Tithe and Offering. The bars under each type show how your giving is shared between them.

Select View all → to open My Giving and see every gift.

Important: Your giving is private. Only you and your church's finance team can see it.

Devotional, tasks and events

Scroll down to see three more panels.

Daily Devotional: The latest devotionals, newest first. Switch between Adult and Teens. Select Read full message to read one, or Mark as Read when you're done. Finished ones show a green Completed button. Select View full → to open the Daily Devotional page.
Scheduled Tasks: Your next serving task, with the date, time and status, for example Accepted. A new task shows as Pending with a green tick: select it to accept right from the dashboard. Select Manage all → to open My Scheduled Tasks.
Upcoming Events: Coming events with the date, time, place and price. Only events you've registered for appear here, with a green Reg. tick. Select View Event for details, or View all → for every event.
