Departments & Groups

See the departments and groups you belong to and ask to join new ones.

Your departments

Select Department(s) under Church Community in the left menu.

Department: The name of each department you're in.
Role(s): Your role in it, for example Head Of Department.
Members: How many people are in it.
Status: Approved means you're an active member.
Send Message: Message the department.
View Documents: Open any documents shared with the department.

Asking to join a department

1Scroll to Suggested Departments to Join.
2Read the description on each card.
3Select Request to Join on the one you want.
4You'll see Join request sent successfully, and the button changes to Pending.

Important: An admin is told about your request. Once they approve it, the department moves to your list and you can see its details.

Your groups

Select Group(s) in the left menu. It works the same way as departments: your groups are at the top with your role and status, and Suggested Groups to Join are below.
