Attendance

Attendance is its own module under Ministry & Services in the left menu — separate from Events. Use it to record who came to each service.

Select Attendance under Ministry & Services. There are two ways to record a service:

Bulk attendance

Enter the counts — men, women, children, teens and social media viewers. The total is calculated for you.

Individual attendance

Mark people present by name — search by the first letters of their name.

1. 1Choose the service and date.
2. 2Enter the counts or mark the names.
3. 3Save. The record goes to the attendance log, and members' My Attendance pages update.

The attendance log lets you look back at any service and filter by service or gender.
